I’m an ESTHETICIAN, ROOT CAUSE PROTOCOL CONSULTANT, & HEALTH COACH.

I am passionate about RESTORING health & glowing skin holistically. Restoring it by stepping closer to nature, practicing conscious slow living, and RECONNECTING with our God given female design.

When our health is struggling, I believe it if often rooted in our story of stress & our needs being unmet.

It is my mission to help women BREAK FREE of the diet norms & misconceptions. To help women REBALANCE their bodies by giving them simple tools to nourish themselves well and heal.

My hope is to inspire you to take back your health, to pursue optimal health over temporary results, and live more in tune with your body instead of fighting against it!

I believe pursuing better health is more than achieving results, it’s about who you get to be when your health is flourishing!

MY VALUES

My passion for holistic health took root through my own health issues. I was experiencing extreme eczema, anxiety, panic attacks, extreme lethargy, bloating, acne, thinning hair, poor sleep, chronic sinus infections, and nausea most days.

I thought I was doing all the ‘healthy’ things. Eating tons of greens, celery juicing, green smoothies, lean turkey, vegan protein powders, almond milk, nuts, $1000s of dollars in supplements, and the list goes on.

Conventional medicine offered me cortisone creams, nasal steroid sprays, and the pill. And the naturopath sold me 1000s of dollars worth of supplements. After all the time and money I spent on my health, I was still left feeling awful, frustrated and defeated.

Things started to fall into place when I was led to learn about ancestral nutrition, the metabolism, my basic female biology, and how food/habits fit in.

I started to learn to trust that my body knows what it needs. I stopped fighting against my symptoms, but rather saw them as a messenger. I realized my body was balancing the best it could under the circumstances. I began to nourish my body with bioavailable ancestral foods like red meat, bone broth, root vegetables, honey, fruit, and saturated fats. I also began working on my stressors and learned the power of doing less.

I am no longer the girl that has to drag herself through the day, who wants to crawl out of her own skin to escape the itching, or who is paralyzed by anxiety! I no longer fight what my body craves and obsess over my food.

I never thought it was possible to feel better, and now that i’ve experienced it, i am passionate about helping others take back their health too!
